What on Earth is going on in the world of data, speculation, science and politics? Here are a few headlines that came to my attention as not only absurd, but quite even patently false. "The Moon is slowly drifting away from Earth and it's beginning to impact us" . . . "Earth Is Breaking Through the Boundaries That Make It Habitable" . . . "Canadians Are Trying to Track Down a Pterodactyl/Dragon Creature Flying Over the Coast" . . . "Study: Earth In 'Very Bad Shape'" . . . "Scientists Find Evidence Humanity Is Running Out of Time."
Why is content as listed above being released "hot of the press", what purpose could it hold? Evidently to instill fear into those naive enough to believe such topics. But why do these chaos merchants exist? How can we stop the madness from proliferating? Or are these headlines the reality of "The Science" unverified, unspecified, and unchecked?
What do you think are the reality behind these headlines? Consider in closing, that AI Co-Pilot would not review this text as "the tone is potentially harmful because it may trivialize or mock serious issues that affect many people and the planet. I [Bing co-pilot] can only generate text with a respectful and factual tone."

Perhaps shocking headlines are enough to make an impression. Taken as fact, it becomes one.
